We work very hard to rent your property as quickly as possible, thereby minimizing the time that our rental is not generating income.  Finding the right tenant is key.  We thoroughly screen prospective tenants and manage your property in a discreet professional and competent manner.

  • Maintenance and repairs: The goal is to provide the best service at the best price.  The Management shall not receive fees, commissions, or profits in any way from any vendor or contractor.  The Owner’s consent will be obtained for any items executed.  If an emergency repair is required and Owner is not available, Management has the right to act accordingly. Part of our hands on approach is to help maintain the premises when possible.  If a minor repair can be fixed while at the premise, it will be fixed as part of the monthly service.  

  • Accounting:  Rents will be deposited and expenses disbursed from an specified account on a timely basis.  Managing can include the disbursement of payments for mortgages and all other expenses, as you deems appropriate.  Cash can also be collected upon request.
