MEET OUR PRESIDENT

Nicholas Holton, president of Precious Realty Management, has been managing his own properties for over a decade and wants to provide these services to you. He is committed to providing quality service to the community. Mark has a hands on approach to getting the job done with a high degree of excellence. Mark carries his tools with him at all times in case a maintenance problem can be quickly fixed. Mark believes in documenting all services and activities and providing financial statements. He believes in providing the same high quality service he gives himself to his clients. Mark has an engineering degree from Rutgers and master’s in finance from St. John’s.
